-10 g salt,
-stick of butter, softened,
-180 grams water (120℉),
-90 grams active starter,
Combine flour, salt, and softened butter in a mixing bowl, with hands.
Stir together active starter/discard and water. Add to flour/butter mixture.
Massage dough until smooth.
Weigh into 16 or 12 balls.
Cover and let sit 1-3 hrs or in fridge up to 48 hrs
Roll into circles. Once translucent, cook on high heat until bubbles grow. 20sec, then flip, 10 sec on that side, then transfer to tortilla holder.

I’ve had a lot of questions about using a #vaporchamber while #3dprinting with #abs and #asa filament. This lamp was printed with a @bambulab_official X1-Carbon with @polymaker_3d natural ABS filament with a .4 nozzle
I like to attach paper towel towels with magnets to the side of my polypropylene bin. A little tip to leave the lid as the bottom so that when you put the top on, it will click and seal in all the vapor better. I also like to use two hour increments. Let it dry out. Because the acetone soaks into the plastic and needs to evaporate. Even though you have removed the lid, you will continue to get a smoother finish while the acetone evaporates. Important to remember. Hope this helps!

🐟 4 salmon fillets (sliced)

Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Slice the salmon and marinate in soy sauce, honey, garlic & chili flakes (optional).
- Cook the salmon in a hot pan for 4–5 min, then pour over the remaining marinade and let it reduce slightly.
- Slice avocado and cucumber.
- Assemble your bowls with rice, veggies, and glazed salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Voilà!

Ingredients
For the taco seasoning:
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked red paprika powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp salt
For the beef:
2 lb ground beef (80 % lean , 20 % fat )
1 tbsp taco seasoning ( less or more, adjust to taste )
1 onion, diced
Salt to taste
1 tbsp clarified butter or oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp minced garlic
For the pico de gallo:
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
For the taco sauce:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup butter milk or water
1 juice of lime
1 tbsp taco seasoning ( less or more adjust to taste)
1 tbsp dried parsley
To assemble:
12-15 mini flour tortillas
Oil for lightly frying tortillas
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Method:
Make taco seasoning:
In a bowl combine salt , pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder and oregano. Mix to combine.
In a pan heat clarified butter add onion , sauté for a minute or until fragrant. Add minced beef. Cook on medium heat until it changes color, add fresh garlic mix to combine. Season with taco seasoning add tomato paste. Mix and sauté for 2-3 min. Taste and add more salt if needed Add warm water and cook for 8-10 min or until the beef is fully cooked and the water has evaporated.
Make salsa: In a bowl make salsa by mixing onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice salt and pepper.
Make taco sauce: In a bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, butter milk, add taco seasoning , lime juice and dried parsley. Mix until creamy and smooth.
In a pan heat oil on medium heat l, place tortilla , add shredded cheese, top it with beef one side. Close the tortilla by flipping half side.
Cook until crispy and golden serve warm with salsa and taco sauce.

Ingredients:
For the Meat Sauce:
• olive oil or avo oil
• 1 medium onion, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 carrot, finely chopped (optional, use any veg you like)
• 450 g ground beef (16 oz / 1 lb)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 150–200 ml beef broth (⅔–¾ cup)
• 1 can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp barbecue spice blend
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½–1 tsp chili flakes (adjust)
• Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
For the Mac & Cheese:
• 350 g macaroni (12 oz / about 3½ cups dry)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 500 ml whole milk (2 cups)
• 200 ml cream (¾ cup)
• 250 g mature cheddar, grated (9 oz / about 2½ cups)
• 250 g havarti or monterey jack cheese, grated (9 oz / about 2½ cups)
• 100 g mozzarella, grated (3½ oz / about 1 cup)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 1–2 tsp hot sauce, to taste
• 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder (optional, for extra savory depth)
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry onion and garlic for a minute, then add carrot (or any veg you like).
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste.
3. Add beef broth and canned tomatoes. Season with oregano, smoked paprika, barbecue spice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer until rich.
4. Boil macaroni until just tender. Drain and stir with a little butter.
5. For cheese sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk and cream. Stir until thickened.
6. Add about half the cheese mix into the sauce. Stir until smooth. Season with nutmeg, mustard, hot sauce, chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper. Mix in macaroni.
7. In a baking dish, layer mac and cheese with meat sauce, sprinkling in some of the reserved cheese between layers. Finish with plenty of cheese on top.
8. Bake at 190 °C / 375 °F for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
9. Rest 10 minutes before serving. Great with a simple green salad.

The lakeside drive from Llanidloes is a beauty but I wouldn’t do it in snow or ice! Parking at Rhyd -y-Benwch (SY18 6PT) The blue 3.5 mile route we followed leads you to a waterfall called Rhaeadr Blaenhafren which is a beauty! From there you can head all the way to the actual source of the river Severn too!
The boardwalk is pretty accessible to all and most of the walk is a nice footpath, great one for the family!
This place is so well maintained, make sure we keep it that way and never leave any trace 👍🏞️

Using Ableton midi to cue scenes on Lightkey, and sending the signal via a USB interface to DMX.
The playback, autotune, lighting & IEM mixing are all done in my carry on size rack, where I house 2 wireless mics, motu interface for playback, Enttec interface for lighting, Apollo for vocals, & a power distro to keep our power clean.
Super simple to do, but would recommend having a couple of extra screens to make the workflow much quicker.
All the lights are set to their specific channel, and I mark them with tape to know each units placement on stage.
I can also route into the house lighting and take over theirs if I want bigger effect, but I generally just manually control the front wash when required.

Import everything into your editor (I use DaVinci Resolve).
Add speed ramping, motion blur, and other VFX.

I’ve wanted to try this ever since I heard about it a few years ago and never could quite get the logistics to work out. Turns out just winging it with less than 24hrs to prep was the way forward!
Shoutout the my friend @thedaverave_hikes who kept me fuelled and checked in on my to make sure I hadn’t walked off the side of a mountain, you were the real mvp 👏🏻🙌🏻, and to the little lamb that stole my heart 🩵!
I didn’t even know if I could hike this far with this much elevation but it was entirely type 1 fun and because I didn’t really pay attention to the time I was taking… I now I have a time to beat 👀😂🙌🏻!

I’ve been exploring the use of 3D printed molds with INJEKTO, the DIY desktop plastic injection machine. So far, the results have been incredible! In this video, I demonstrate how I made replacement propellers for my drone. The entire setup is super easy, and using the machine is even easier. I’m excited to see what I can make next.
