I've spent the past half a year designing and building my first mechanical flower inspired by the artist @williamdarrell using @adskfusion for CAD and the @bambulab_official X1C for 3D printing. As far as I know it's the first mechanical flower that uses integrated LED filaments, this creates a spectacular light show.
I chose "Comarum palustre" as a model for the design. This species was selected as the Flower of the Year 2025 in Germany, as it is a threatened wetland plant that contributes to biodiversity in marsh and bog ecosystems.

That question messed with me in the best way, because it forced me to look at a life I worked incredibly hard to build and ask whether I was actually still moving toward what I want, or just maintaining whatās now comfortable.
Iāve already built a business and lifestyle that past-me would have been in awe of.
I did the breathwork to get my nervous system safe holding this level of responsibility, I made the uncomfortable decisions that reshaped my programs and my calendar, I started talking about money and power for women even when it made me nervous, and I had the direct conversations in my personal life that created the structure allowing all of this to exist.
Because of that, I now run a multi-six-figure business I genuinely love showing up for, I get to be the mom I want to be without constantly feeling torn in half, and I have a level of freedom in my schedule that most people donāt have.
And still, I want more.
Because I can feel how much more capacity I actually have.
So when my therapist asked me that question, I didnāt get in my head about itā¦ I got more concrete.
I looked at the future I can see for myself and asked which of my current decisions actually match that version of me, and which ones are keeping me safe and likable.
Within days, I had another conversation Iād been avoiding, sent the sales email I kept rewriting instead of putting out, and blocked time on my calendar for space instead of filling it out of habit.
This is the real work.
Reflection paired with decisive action, while actively becoming the woman who can hold what she says she wants... financially, emotionally, relationally, all of it.
Itās how I built this life, and itās the work Iāve watched my clients use to completely overhaul theirs too.
Eventually I systematized it into something teachable, tangible, and repeatable.
Thatās Soft Power.

When I started posting content, all I wanted to do was share my experience with other people. I had completely changed my life through what I ate and making simple changes in the way I lived. I wanted other people to experience the same thing I did.
I could have never imagined how quickly things would move and that Iād be faced with the decision to quit my job only a few months after making my first post.
I was in public accounting and busy season (working 80 hour weeks) was just around the corner. It was either stop posting on social media and pick back up after busy season, or quit my job now and go all in on it.
Looking back on it, it was a massive risk lol. However, in that moment in time, I had never been so certain. It was an easy decision.
You have a purpose in this world. Everyone does. Right now you may not be where you want to be, and thatās perfectly ok. Itās all about the journey. The end result isnāt it. Be grateful and enjoy where youāre at now, but donāt be afraid to step into what youāve been called upon to do when the time comes.

Massage dough until smooth.
Weigh into 16 or 12 balls.
Cover and let sit 1-3 hrs or in fridge up to 48 hrs
Roll into circles. Once translucent, cook on high heat until bubbles grow. 20sec, then flip, 10 sec on that side, then transfer to tortilla holder.

I like to attach paper towel towels with magnets to the side of my polypropylene bin. A little tip to leave the lid as the bottom so that when you put the top on, it will click and seal in all the vapor better. I also like to use two hour increments. Let it dry out. Because the acetone soaks into the plastic and needs to evaporate. Even though you have removed the lid, you will continue to get a smoother finish while the acetone evaporates. Important to remember. Hope this helps!

Ingredients
For the taco seasoning:
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked red paprika powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp salt
For the beef:
2 lb ground beef (80 % lean , 20 % fat )
1 tbsp taco seasoning ( less or more, adjust to taste )
1 onion, diced
Salt to taste
1 tbsp clarified butter or oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp minced garlic
For the pico de gallo:
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
For the taco sauce:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup butter milk or water
1 juice of lime
1 tbsp taco seasoning ( less or more adjust to taste)
1 tbsp dried parsley
To assemble:
12-15 mini flour tortillas
Oil for lightly frying tortillas
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Method:
Make taco seasoning:
In a bowl combine salt , pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder and oregano. Mix to combine.
In a pan heat clarified butter add onion , sautƩ for a minute or until fragrant. Add minced beef. Cook on medium heat until it changes color, add fresh garlic mix to combine. Season with taco seasoning add tomato paste. Mix and sautƩ for 2-3 min. Taste and add more salt if needed Add warm water and cook for 8-10 min or until the beef is fully cooked and the water has evaporated.
Make salsa: In a bowl make salsa by mixing onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice salt and pepper.
Make taco sauce: In a bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, butter milk, add taco seasoning , lime juice and dried parsley. Mix until creamy and smooth.
In a pan heat oil on medium heat l, place tortilla , add shredded cheese, top it with beef one side. Close the tortilla by flipping half side.
Cook until crispy and golden serve warm with salsa and taco sauce.

ā¢ 1 tsp barbecue spice blend
ā¢ 1 tsp dried oregano

For the Mac & Cheese:
ā¢ 350 g macaroni (12 oz / about 3Ā½ cups dry)
ā¢ 3 tbsp butter
ā¢ 3 tbsp flour
ā¢ 500 ml whole milk (2 cups)
ā¢ 200 ml cream (Ā¾ cup)
ā¢ 250 g mature cheddar, grated (9 oz / about 2Ā½ cups)
ā¢ 250 g havarti or monterey jack cheese, grated (9 oz / about 2Ā½ cups)
ā¢ 100 g mozzarella, grated (3Ā½ oz / about 1 cup)
ā¢ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
ā¢ Pinch of nutmeg
ā¢ 1ā2 tsp hot sauce, to taste
ā¢ 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder (optional, for extra savory depth)
ā¢ Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry onion and garlic for a minute, then add carrot (or any veg you like).
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste.
3. Add beef broth and canned tomatoes. Season with oregano, smoked paprika, barbecue spice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer until rich.
4. Boil macaroni until just tender. Drain and stir with a little butter.
5. For cheese sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk and cream. Stir until thickened.
6. Add about half the cheese mix into the sauce. Stir until smooth. Season with nutmeg, mustard, hot sauce, chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper. Mix in macaroni.
7. In a baking dish, layer mac and cheese with meat sauce, sprinkling in some of the reserved cheese between layers. Finish with plenty of cheese on top.
8. Bake at 190 Ā°C / 375 Ā°F for 25ā30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
9. Rest 10 minutes before serving. Great with a simple green salad.

Parking at Rhyd -y-Benwch (SY18 6PT) The blue 3.5 mile route we followed leads you to a waterfall called Rhaeadr Blaenhafren which is a beauty! From there you can head all the way to the actual source of the river Severn too!
The boardwalk is pretty accessible to all and most of the walk is a nice footpath, great one for the family!
This place is so well maintained, make sure we keep it that way and never leave any trace ššļø

All the lights are set to their specific channel, and I mark them with tape to know each units placement on stage.

Iāve wanted to try this ever since I heard about it a few years ago and never could quite get the logistics to work out. Turns out just winging it with less than 24hrs to prep was the way forward!
Shoutout the my friend @thedaverave_hikes who kept me fuelled and checked in on my to make sure I hadnāt walked off the side of a mountain, you were the real mvp šš»šš», and to the little lamb that stole my heart š©µ!
I didnāt even know if I could hike this far with this much elevation but it was entirely type 1 fun and because I didnāt really pay attention to the time I was takingā¦ I now I have a time to beat šššš»!
